Guy Léonard

Group Human Ressources Director

Guy Léonard joined Arjowiggins as Director of Business Performance end 2005, became Managing Director in 2008 and Group Human Ressources Group in March 2012.

Guy Léonard began his career as Teacher at Laval University (Quebec) in 1977. He joined Hydro Quebec as an economist in 1977. From 1979 to 1984, he held different positions in planning and Purchasing at Texas Instruments in France and Portugal. In 1984, he joined ST Microelectronics and was appointed Managing Director of the Marrocco plants in 1986. In 1990 he entered Nokia Consumer Electronics as Strategic Planning Director. He came aboard Thomson in 1993 where he successively held the positions of TV-Video Industrial director for Europe, Worldwide Sourcing VP, and then Chief Information Officer. Guy Léonard was appointed member of the executive committee in 2003 in charge of Business Performance.

He joined Arjowiggins as Director of Business Performance end 2005, became Managing Director in June 2008 and Group Human Ressources Group in March 2012.

Born in 1952, Guy Léonard is a graduate from ESCP business school and holds an MBA in finance.
